As an unarmed Security Professional at a dynamic technology, media, and telecommunications location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to deter incidents, support access control, and provide outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner; escalate matters according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of offices, common areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, and the perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and support visitor management procedures, including verifying credentials, directing guests, and documenting security-related activity.
• Observe and report irregular conditions, equipment concerns, and policy violations while maintaining accurate incident and patrol documentation.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Subject to a background investigation and drug screen as a condition of employment.
• Licensing requirements vary by state and locality and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.

Qualifications

• Guard card or license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.

Pay

$19.00 / hour

Schedule

• Friday: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM
• Saturday: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM
• Sunday: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM
