Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol professional supporting a dynamic food and beverage location. You will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, support access control, and provide welcoming customer service. Using communication and technology skills, you will help create a secure environment while working with integrity, reliability, innovation, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees at a food and beverage location by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, service requests, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate site contacts and/or emergency personnel as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, loading docks, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity, unsecured access points, and potential hazards.
• Monitor access points and assist with visitor, vendor, and delivery traffic in accordance with site-specific policies.
• Document patrols, incidents, and observations accurately through required reports and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal supervision and site management.

Requirements

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Pay & Schedule

Pay Rate: $20.15 / Hour

Job Schedule: DayTime Fri 10:30 PM - 06:30 AM, Sat 10:30 PM - 06:30 AM
