Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and contractors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-control practices, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
- Respond to incidents, tenant concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and notifying appropriate personnel.
- Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of building common areas, entrances, parking areas, and the property perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
- Maintain accurate daily activity reports, incident documentation, and communications with Allied Universal leadership and site representatives.
Minimum Requirements
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Access control and badge experience is preferred.
- Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications
- Background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licenses and certifications are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
