Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer supporting a premier retail location. You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security‑related incidents, assist customers and store teams, and communicate clearly while responding to concerns. Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, guests, and employees at a luxury retail location by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem‑solving manner, escalating matters according to site‑specific procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout sales floors, entrances, stock areas, employee spaces, and the surrounding perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and observe activity within the location, reporting suspicious behavior, policy violations, hazards, and maintenance concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Maintain accurate activity logs and incident reports while communicating professionally with store management, employees, visitors, and responding emergency personnel.

Requirements

• At least one year of security‑related experience is required.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.
• Loss prevention experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
