As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a financial institution location, you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, help to deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for employees and visitors. You will provide outstanding customer service, communicate clearly, and respond to security-related concerns with professionalism.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees at a financial institution by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
  • Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures.
  • Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the banking location, including the building exterior, parking areas, entry points, and perimeter, to help deter unauthorized activity.
  • Monitor access points and observe activity throughout the location, reporting suspicious conditions, maintenance concerns, and security-related issues to appropriate personnel.
  • Prepare clear and accurate reports related to daily activities, incidents, and unusual occurrences.

Requirements

  • Have at least two years of security-related experience.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

Qualifications

  • CPR certification is preferred.
  • Access control and badge experience is preferred.
  • Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
  • Alarm panel experience is preferred.

Pay

$19.50 / Hour

Schedule

Daytime, Saturday 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM, Sunday 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM
