Security Officer Part Time Turnstile Monitoring

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, contractors, and visitors by carrying out site-specific access-control procedures, policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Monitor entry and exit points at a food and beverage production location; verify credentials, visitor authorizations, and delivery access in accordance with site requirements.
• Maintain accurate visitor, contractor, and vehicle access records; issue and recover temporary credentials as directed.
• Respond to access-control incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating security-related concerns through established communication channels.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned access points, facility areas, and perimeter locations to help identify unauthorized access or unusual conditions.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Pass a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws (qualified applicants with criminal histories will be considered consistent with applicable laws).
• Pass a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Meet any licensing requirements mandated by state and/or local laws and regulations (may be required prior to employment).
• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.
