What You'll Do

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, delivery personnel, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a retail distribution location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the distribution facility, warehouse areas, shipping and receiving zones, parking areas, and perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity or conditions.
• Monitor access points and verify authorization for personnel, contractors, vendors, and drivers entering or leaving the location in accordance with site-specific procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; communicate observations to appropriate personnel and complete required reports.
• Assist with maintaining an orderly flow of vehicle and pedestrian traffic near loading docks, delivery areas, and employee entrances while providing professional customer service.

Requirements

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A state, county, or city-issued security license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Pay & Schedule

• Pay Rate: $20.00 / Hour
• Job Schedule: DayTime, Fri 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM, Sat 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM
