What You'll Do
- Provide customer service to students, families, staff, and visitors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-control practices, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
- Monitor entry points and visitor activity, verify authorized access in accordance with site policies, and help maintain a welcoming learning environment.
- Respond to incidents, medical concerns, behavioral situations, and other critical events in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established reporting and escalation procedures.
- Conduct regular and random patrols of the learning center, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter to identify and report security-related concerns.
- Document observations, incidents, and daily activities accurately, and communicate relevant information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
Minimum Requirements
- Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
