As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security‑related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for employees and visitors, providing exceptional customer service, communicating clearly, and working collaboratively with integrity while reflecting Allied Universal’s agile, reliable, innovative, and people‑first culture.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures and escalation protocols.
- Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of manufacturing areas, production support spaces, parking areas, access points, and the property perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
- Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed, and report suspicious conditions, hazards, and policy violations to appropriate personnel.
- Prepare clear, accurate reports and maintain required activity logs for patrols, incidents, and security-related observations.
