Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to residents, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the condominium community, including common areas, parking areas, building exteriors, and perimeter locations, to help identify and report unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site policies, documenting relevant observations and directing guests as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and/or emergency responders when needed.
• Prepare clear, accurate activity reports and communicate security-related concerns to site management and Allied Universal leadership.

Qualifications

• At least one year of security-related experience is required.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

• Saturday: 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM
• Sunday: 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM
