Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
• Screen and process visitors, contractors, packages, and/or deliveries in accordance with site access protocols, helping to support orderly entry and authorized access.
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report observations through required documentation and communication channels.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around building common areas, entry points, and the perimeter, with awareness that working environments and conditions may vary by location.
• Monitor lobbies, screening areas, and access points for policy compliance, while providing directions and assistance that support daily site operations.

Requirements

• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications include a valid driver's license for driving positions only.
