As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic technology, media, and telecommunications location, you will conduct routine patrols, monitor assigned areas, support access control activities, and maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents. Deliver exceptional customer service and clear communication while supporting a welcoming environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel at a technology-focused location by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access-control policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, parking areas, loading zones, and perimeter areas to help identify unusual activity, unauthorized access, and facility concerns.
• Monitor access points, visitor activity, and credential compliance in accordance with site policies; report irregularities to appropriate site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and actions according to established procedures.
• Maintain accurate activity logs, incident reports, and patrol documentation while communicating professionally with site personnel and emergency responders as needed.

Qualifications

• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Pay & Schedule

• Pay Rate: $21.85 / Hour
• Job Schedule: DayTime Tue 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM, Thur 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Position Type: Part Time
