Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees at a financial institution by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Monitor access points, verify authorized entry, and observe visitor and employee activity in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and documenting activity as required.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
• Complete accurate reports, maintain required logs, and communicate relevant security-related information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.

Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
