Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel at a front desk location within a manufacturing and industrial environment.
• Greet visitors, verify identification and access authorization, issue visitor credentials, and maintain accurate visitor and contractor records in accordance with site-specific policies.
• Monitor access points, incoming communications, and security-related systems, escalating unusual activity or access concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following site-specific emergency response procedures.
• Support security-related procedures by directing visitors, managing incoming calls, coordinating with facility personnel, and documenting incidents and activities as required.

Requirements

• A valid driver's license is required in the state where the job is located.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Job Schedule: Saturday 06:00 AM – 06:00 PM, Sunday 06:00 AM – 06:00 PM
