As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a financial institution, you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support access control and badge processes. You will deliver exceptional customer service and clear communication while using technology to document activity.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees at a financial institution by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of banking areas, entrances, parking areas, ATM locations, and the surrounding perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and observe visitor and employee activity, following site procedures for identification, entry, and restricted-area access.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, and notify appropriate personnel according to site procedures.
• Document patrols, incidents, and unusual activity accurately in required reports and logs.

Requirements

• At least 6 months of security-related experience is required.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Qualifications

• Access Control/Badge Experience (B201): Prior experience with access control systems and badge management, including familiarity with issuing, tracking, and managing access badges for employees and visitors.
• Comfortable Using Computer or Tablet (B204): Proficiency in using computers or tablets for daily tasks, including navigating software applications, managing emails, and utilizing digital communication tools effectively.
• Customer Service Experience (B219): A minimum of [insert required years] years of customer service experience is required. Candidates should possess strong communication skills and the ability to handle customer inquiries and issues professionally.
• Security Experience - 6+ Months (C112): At least six months of relevant security experience, including knowledge of security protocols, emergency response procedures, and the ability to maintain a safe environment.

Pay Rate: $19.13 / Hour

• Saturday: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Sunday: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM
