Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
- Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter.
- Observe the location and report unusual activity, maintenance concerns, and/or access issues to the appropriate contact.
- Support access control activities by monitoring entry and exit points and following site-specific visitor and/or employee protocols.
Minimum Requirements
- Be at least 21 years of age.
- Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- CPR and/or First Aid is preferred.
- A guard card and/or license is preferred.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

About the Role
This role is ideal for candidates seeking part-time employment with flexibility, income stability, and opportunities to build-up to a full-time schedule of up to 40 hours per week; always with the option to scale back when needed.
Qualifications
Applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
