Join Allied Universal as a Part-Time Security Officer Patrol Review in Memphis, TN, where you will serve and safeguard clients in industries such as Healthcare. This unarmed role involves monitoring and patrolling assigned areas, providing customer service, and helping create a welcoming environment for patients, staff, and visitors.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to staff, patients, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities in a healthcare location.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including assisting with access concerns, visitor issues, and policy-related matters.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, and perimeter locations to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and other assigned areas, document observations and/or incidents, and report security-related concerns to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
• Support day-to-day operations by following post orders, assisting with directional information, and communicating professionally with medical staff and the public during routine and high-traffic periods.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
