Security Officer Part Time Patrol

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of commercial office buildings, parking areas, common spaces, and the property perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity or hazards.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, assist with access control procedures, and report unauthorized entry attempts or suspicious behavior to appropriate personnel.
• Document daily activities, patrol observations, incidents, and maintenance concerns in accordance with site procedures and Allied Universal reporting requirements.

Requirements

• A state, county, or city-issued security-related license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
