Security Officer Part Time Patrol Inspection

About the role

As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment. You will communicate professionally with employees and visitors, report observations, and contribute to a dependable team that values integrity, innovation, and a caring culture.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, visitors, and/or delivery personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating information according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout manufacturing and industrial areas, including building interiors, exterior grounds, perimeter locations, parking areas, and access points.
• Monitor and report unusual activity, hazardous conditions, unauthorized access attempts, and/or equipment or property concerns to appropriate site contacts.
• Assist with access control, visitor and contractor entry procedures, vehicle traffic observation, and documentation of daily activities and incidents.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• Subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

• Saturday: 12:00 AM - 12:00 PM
• Sunday: 12:00 PM - 12:00 AM
