Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a financial institution location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, stay visible to help discourage security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. In this role, you will support a people-first environment through teamwork, reliability, and integrity while bringing an agile, innovative approach to daily routines and interactions.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the financial institution location, including interior areas, exterior grounds, entry points, and perimeter areas as assigned.
• Monitor access to the location by observing visitor activity, checking credentials when required, and reporting unusual or unauthorized activity that could help to deter unwanted behavior.
• Support daily operations by maintaining a visible presence, assisting with directions and inquiries, and communicating clearly with staff, visitors, and/or first responders during routine and unusual situations.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Qualifications

• The ability to lift more than 20 lbs is preferred.
• Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.

Pay Rate: $16.75 / Hour

Schedule: Saturday 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM, Sunday 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
