Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicating with site contacts as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production, warehouse, office, and perimeter areas to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, and assist with visitor and/or delivery check-in procedures in accordance with location protocols.
• Support security-related operations at a food and beverage location by observing site conditions, reporting maintenance or policy issues, and following post orders during routine and emergency situations.

Requirements

• Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
