Pay Rate

$18.03 / Hour

Job Schedule

Fixed-Shift Commitment ("Anchor Shifts"): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment.

Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick-up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part-time hours this week and full-time the next. It's all up to you.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and/or drivers by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a food and beverage location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and sharing information with site contacts as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production, warehouse, shipping, parking, and perimeter areas to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify access permissions, and report policy violations, damaged equipment, and/or maintenance concerns to the appropriate contact.
• Support truck traffic and visitor flow by observing gate activity, providing directions, and following post orders related to deliveries, employee movement, and restricted areas.

Minimum Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• Applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
