Security Officer Part Time Patrol Driver Reporting

About the role

As a Part-Time Patrol Driver Security Officer in York, PA, you will serve and safeguard clients in industries such as Retail/Malls. This driving position requires a valid driver’s license and involves monitoring and patrolling assigned areas, maintaining a visible presence to deter incidents, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to customers, employees, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the retail location, surrounding areas, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
• Monitor access points, observe activity within the location, and report unusual conditions or policy violations to appropriate personnel.
• Document incidents, observations, and patrol activities accurately and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal management and location representatives.

Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
• Be at least 21 years of age (18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles).
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Subject to a background investigation and drug screen as a condition of employment.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

Pay

$18.55 / hour

Schedule

• Part-Time
• Saturday: 04:00 AM - 12:00 PM
• Sunday: 04:00 AM - 12:00 PM
