As a Driving Unarmed Patrol Officer supporting a public transportation location, you will conduct routine vehicle and foot patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and report observations. Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to transit passengers, visitors, and/or employees while carrying out site-specific procedures and emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of bus facilities, transit property, parking areas, and perimeter areas to help identify and report unusual activity or potential hazards.
• Monitor access points and assist with controlling entry to authorized areas in accordance with site policies.
• Respond to incidents, passenger concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel as needed.
• Document incidents, observations, and patrol activities accurately and complete required reports.
