Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to clients, employees, and visitors while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities.
- Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the financial institution location, including interior areas, exterior grounds, access points, and perimeter areas, to help identify and report unusual activity or conditions.
- Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site procedures, assisting with credential verification and directing individuals as appropriate.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established escalation and reporting procedures.
- Prepare accurate reports and maintain required activity logs for incidents, observations, and patrols.
Requirements
- Have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
