Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of manufacturing and industrial facility grounds, production-adjacent areas, parking areas, entry points, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity.
Monitor access points, verify authorized entry in accordance with site procedures, and report unusual conditions, hazards, or access concerns to appropriate personnel.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established post orders and escalation procedures.
Prepare accurate incident reports and patrol documentation, and communicate observations to Allied Universal leadership and client representatives as required.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
