Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and employees at a commercial real estate location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of building interiors, exterior grounds, parking areas, access points, and perimeter areas to help identify and report unusual activity, hazards, or maintenance concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as required by site procedures, and help maintain orderly entry and exit processes.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate site contacts and/or emergency responders according to established procedures.
• Prepare clear and accurate activity reports, incident documentation, and patrol logs, and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site representatives.

Requirements

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
