Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures and security-related policies in a healthcare purchasing and office environment.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of assigned interior areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, report unusual conditions, and maintain clear, accurate activity and incident documentation.
• Communicate professionally with site personnel, visitors, and Allied Universal leadership while following post orders and applicable procedures.

Minimum Requirements

• Possess at least one year of security-related experience.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
