As an Allied Universal Officer, you will conduct routine unarmed patrols throughout a manufacturing and industrial location, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment through clear communication and customer service. You will document observations, respond to security-related concerns, and collaborate with site personnel and teammates. Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and/or drivers while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities.
- Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of manufacturing and industrial facilities, production areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
- Monitor access points, verify visitor and contractor authorization, and maintain accurate logs and reports in accordance with site procedures.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate site contacts and/or emergency responders as directed.
- Observe and report unusual conditions, equipment concerns, and policy violations to Allied Universal leadership and designated client representatives.
Requirements
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
Schedule
Part Time. Day shift: Tuesday 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM, Thursday 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM.
Pay
$23.50 / Hour
