Security Officer Part Time Patrol

About the role

As an unarmed Security Officer at a food and beverage location in Clinton, NC, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for employees and visitors. You will deliver outstanding customer service, communicate professionally, and report security-related concerns.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures and reporting requirements.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of food and beverage production, warehouse, parking, and perimeter areas to help identify and report unusual conditions or unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site requirements, helping to support controlled entry to operational areas.
• Document observations, incidents, and patrol activities accurately, and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal supervision and site contacts.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation and drug screen in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Preferred Qualifications

• Customer service experience.
• CPR and First Aid certification.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet.

$13.84 / hour

Schedule

• Part Time
• Saturday: 08:00 AM - 08:00 PM
• Sunday: 08:00 AM - 08:00 PM
