What You'll Do

• Provide customer service to members, visitors, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities at a financial institution location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and/or emergency responders as needed.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and observe visitor, member, and employee activity in accordance with site procedures, reporting unusual conditions or policy violations.
• Complete accurate daily activity reports, incident documentation, and shift handoffs in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific requirements.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Preferred Qualifications

• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Comfortable use of a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• A state, county, or city-issued security-related license is preferred.

Pay & Schedule

• Pay Rate: $18.57 / Hour
• Job Schedule: DayTime, Mon 04:00 PM - 08:00 PM, Tue 04:00 PM - 08:00 PM, Wed 04:00 PM - 08:00 PM, Sun 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
