Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to parking patrons, visitors, and/or employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, parking facility concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and/or emergency services as directed.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of parking garages, lots, access points, pedestrian areas, and surrounding property to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential hazards or maintenance concerns.
• Monitor access points, traffic flow, and parking areas; report suspicious activity, vehicles, and/or policy violations according to site procedures.
• Prepare accurate incident reports, patrol logs, and related documentation while maintaining professional communication with clients, public agencies, and Allied Universal leadership.

Requirements

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Pass a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Pass a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Qualifications
