Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to visitors, tenants, employees, and/or vendors at the front desk of a financial institution while carrying out site-specific procedures and security-related policies.
• Monitor access to the location by greeting and screening visitors, verifying identification and authorization, issuing visitor credentials, and maintaining accurate visitor records.
• Answer incoming calls, provide directions and general information, and communicate professionally with personnel, visitors, and appropriate contacts.
• Observe lobby and entry activity, monitor applicable access-control systems and/or cameras, and report unusual activity or concerns according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting emergency services and/or designated personnel when appropriate.

Requirements

• Have at least one year of security-related experience.
• A state, county, or city-issued security-related license is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
