Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a manufacturing and industrial location.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures and notifying appropriate personnel.
- Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, production areas, parking areas, access points, and perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity, hazards, and policy concerns.
- Monitor entry and exit activity, verify authorized access as directed, and maintain accurate logs and incident reports.
- Assist with supporting a professional environment by communicating clearly with employees, visitors, vendors, and Allied Universal leadership.
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
