Pay Rate

$30.00 / Hour

Job Schedule

Fixed-Shift Commitment ("Anchor Shifts"): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment.

Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick-up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part-time hours this week and full-time the next. It’s all up to you.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service at the front desk by following site-specific policies, managing visitor interactions, and supporting access procedures for a technology-focused location.
• Monitor entrances, reception areas, and visitor logs to help support authorized access and report unusual activity or concerns to the appropriate contact.
• Respond to incidents, questions, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while documenting security-related events and/or observations.
• Answer phones, greet employees and guests, and communicate clearly with staff, contractors, and visitors regarding check-in procedures and other front desk expectations.

Minimum Requirements

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A guard card and/or license is preferred.
• CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.
• Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
