Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
- Respond to incidents, property concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner and document relevant activity according to site guidelines.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the commercial property, including common areas, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations, to help to deter unwanted activity.
- Monitor access points, observe site conditions, and report maintenance issues, suspicious behavior, and/or policy violations to the appropriate contacts.
- Support daily operations at the location by assisting with visitor inquiries, following post orders, and communicating clearly with property management and/or emergency personnel when needed.
Minimum Requirements
- CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.
- This is primarily a driving post.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications
- Fixed-Shift Commitment (“Anchor Shifts”): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment.
- Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick-up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites.
