As a Front Desk Security Professional at a premier retail location, you will provide a welcoming presence, manage visitor access, respond to security-related concerns, and deliver exceptional customer service and communication. You will help maintain an orderly environment while representing Allied Universal's agile, reliable, innovative, and caring culture through teamwork and integrity.

Schedule

• Thursday: 11:00 AM – 07:00 PM
• Friday: 11:00 AM – 07:00 PM
• Saturday: 11:00 AM – 07:00 PM
• Sunday: 12:00 PM – 06:00 PM

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to clients, visitors, and/or employees at a front desk within a luxury retail location while following site-specific procedures and policies.
• Greet visitors, verify access authorization, issue visitor credentials as applicable, and maintain accurate visitor and delivery records.
• Monitor front desk activity, communications, and access points; report unusual activity or concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, including supporting emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Maintain a professional appearance and courteous presence that helps to deter unauthorized access and supports a welcoming retail environment.

Requirements

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
