Security Officer Part Time - Financial Headquaters

Position Type: Part Time.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, and visitors at a financial institution by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Monitor access points, verify visitor credentials, and maintain accurate visitor and incident documentation in accordance with site‑specific procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem‑solving manner, escalating concerns through established reporting channels.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of assigned areas, including business spaces, entry points, parking areas, and the perimeter, to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Observe and report unusual activity, facility concerns, and policy violations while maintaining a professional presence and supporting a welcoming environment.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of security‑related experience.
• A state, county, or city‑issued security‑related license (preferred).
• Customer service experience (preferred).
• Comfort using a computer or tablet (preferred).
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Pass a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Pass a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment, subject to state and/or local laws.
• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.

Pay

$20.95 – $21.95 per hour.

Schedule

Daytime: Monday 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM, Tuesday 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM.
