You will monitor entry points, verify access credentials, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Monitor and control access to the industrial location by verifying credentials, authorizations, visitor registrations, and contractor requirements.
• Operate access control systems, maintain accurate visitor and entry records, issue and recover badges or credentials, and report access discrepancies.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating matters according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of access points, receiving and shipping areas, warehouse spaces, and the perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.

Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
