Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors by carrying out access control procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at an automotive location.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify identification and credentials, and help to deter unauthorized access to restricted areas.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting security-related concerns and notifying appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and perimeter, observing for unusual activity, access issues, and/or conditions that may require follow-up.
• Support visitor management, vehicle access procedures, and delivery coordination in alignment with location protocols and Allied Universal standards.

Minimum Requirements

• Possess at least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• The ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
