As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a dynamic technology, media, and telecommunications location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for employees and visitors. Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel at a technology, media, and telecommunications location by carrying out site-specific procedures and security-related policies.
- Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, perimeter, parking areas, and other assigned locations to help identify and report unusual activity, hazards, and policy concerns.
- Monitor access points and assist with visitor, contractor, and vendor entry procedures in accordance with site requirements.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response protocols.
- Complete accurate activity logs, incident reports, and shift documentation, and communicate relevant information to site leadership and Allied Universal management.
Qualifications
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
Pay & Schedule
Pay Rate: $18.95 / Hour
Schedule: Monday 4:00 PM - 9:00 PM, Tuesday 4:00 PM - 9:00 PM, Friday 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM, Saturday 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM
