Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and along the perimeter, observing for unusual activity and reporting concerns.
- Monitor access points and support visitor, employee, and delivery procedures in accordance with site policies.
- Document incidents, observations, and patrol activities accurately and communicate relevant information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
Requirements
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Possession of a guard card or license is preferred.
- X-ray screening experience is preferred.
- Access control and badge experience is preferred.
- Loss prevention experience is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
