Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access-control policies, and emergency response activities at a manufacturing location.
• Monitor and control access to facilities, production areas, offices, and restricted locations by verifying credentials, issuing visitor or contractor passes, and maintaining accurate entry and exit records.
• Respond to access-control alarms, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned buildings, entry points, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify unauthorized access, unusual activity, and security-related concerns.
• Communicate professionally with site personnel and Allied Universal leadership, complete required reports, and document incidents, access exceptions, and shift activities.

Minimum Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
