Security Officer Part Time CPR First Aid Patrol

As a Part-Time Security Officer at a commercial real estate location in San Francisco, CA, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide exceptional customer service to visitors and tenants. You will communicate professionally, respond to security-related concerns, and support a welcoming environment. Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
• Respond to incidents, tenant concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner; communicate relevant information to appropriate personnel and/or emergency responders.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of common areas, entrances, parking areas, and the property perimeter to help identify unusual activity, hazards, and policy violations.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site procedures; assist with directing visitors and/or contractors as needed.
• Prepare accurate reports and maintain activity logs related to incidents, patrols, and other security-related observations.

Requirements

• CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.
• Guard Card/license is preferred.
• At least 18 years of age for unarmed roles (21+ for armed roles).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws; qualified applicants with criminal histories will be considered consistent with applicable laws.
• Subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• Valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

$27.90 per hour

Part-time: Tuesday and Wednesday, 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM
