Responsibilities

• Conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, observe and report unusual activity, and provide exceptional customer service and clear communication.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, and problem-solving manner, including appropriate emergency response activities.
• Observe and report suspicious activity, facility concerns, and policy violations through detailed incident reports and communication with Allied Universal and site personnel.

Requirements

• A guard card and/or license is preferred.
• CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
