You will help manage entry points, verify badges and credentials, monitor access activity, and provide welcoming customer service to employees and visitors. Using computer or tablet systems, you will support a secure environment while reflecting our agile, reliable, innovative, and people-first values through teamwork and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, vendors, and/or employees by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access-control policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Monitor and control access to the food and beverage distribution location by verifying credentials, processing visitor and vendor entries, and maintaining required access records.
• Observe incoming and outgoing vehicle traffic, including deliveries and shipments, and report unauthorized access attempts, suspicious activity, and/or policy concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures and contacting emergency services when needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned access points, receiving areas, parking areas, and the business perimeter; working environments and conditions may vary by site.
