Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial distribution location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols and notifying appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout warehouse, loading, receiving, office, parking, and perimeter areas to help identify and report unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points, observe visitor and contractor activity, and verify authorized entry in accordance with site-specific requirements.
• Document daily activities, patrol observations, incidents, and maintenance concerns in required reports and communicate relevant information to site leadership.

Requirements

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Access control/badge experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
