Primary Responsibilities
- Operate company patrol vehicles while completing assigned patrol routes.
- Conduct scheduled inspections of apartment buildings, parking lots, garages, and common areas.
- Check exterior doors, gates, perimeter fencing, and other designated access points.
- Help maintain a visible security presence throughout assigned communities.
- Observe for unauthorized activity, property damage, safety hazards, or maintenance concerns.
- Perform both interior and exterior patrols of residential properties.
- Identify unusual conditions and report concerns promptly.
- Aid in maintaining a safe environment for residents, visitors, contractors, and property management.
- Follow site-specific post orders and patrol procedures during every shift.
- Respond appropriately to security-related situations within company guidelines.
- Document observations, incidents, and operational concerns accurately.
- Notify supervisors of situations requiring additional assistance.
- Exercise sound judgment while working independently in the field.
- Complete clear, detailed, and accurate daily activity reports.
- Prepare professional incident documentation using company reporting platforms.
- Utilize mobile devices and security software to receive assignments, complete reports, and communicate with supervisors.
- Maintain accurate electronic records throughout each shift.
- Interact professionally with residents, guests, vendors, and property staff.
- Provide courteous customer service while maintaining established security procedures.
- Maintain regular communication with dispatch and field leadership.
- Always represent Citadel Security USA in a professional manner.
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
- Reliable personal vehicle for travel to assigned work locations.
- Ability to safely operate company patrol vehicles.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic computer and mobile device proficiency.
- Ability to learn and effectively use company software applications.
- Strong observation skills and attention to detail.
- Dependable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
