Responsibilities
- Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities within a luxury retail location.
- Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while maintaining a professional presence on the sales floor and surrounding areas.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the store, entrance points, stockroom access areas, and perimeter to help identify unusual activity and/or policy violations.
- Monitor high-traffic areas and support loss prevention awareness by reporting suspicious behavior, unattended items, and/or unauthorized access attempts to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
- Assist with access control and visitor awareness practices for employees, vendors, and/or deliveries while following location-specific protocols and documenting security-related events as needed.
Minimum Requirements
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Loss prevention experience is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
