Pay Rate

$15.50 / Hour

Job Schedule

Fixed-Shift Commitment (“Anchor Shifts”): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment. Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick-up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access control protocols, and/or emergency response activities at a chemical and petrochemical location.
• Monitor and control entry and exit points by verifying credentials, processing visitors and contractors, and documenting access activity in accordance with location policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with site contacts and/or first responders as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business, perimeter, and restricted areas to help to deter unauthorized access and/or unusual activity.
• Support screening of vehicles, deliveries, and personal property as required, and report policy violations, hazards, and/or suspicious behavior to site leadership.

Minimum Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
